Following the success of A1 & A2 Park Investment Holdings Sdn Bhd in Malaysia — where we acquired over 20 shophouses and commercial warehouses across Kuala Lumpur and Iskandar Puteri — Ashley & Alycia Investment Holdings was established as a strategic vehicle to replicate this success in neighbouring Singapore. The firm was founded under the leadership of CEO DT Ang Chee Hian, a native of Singapore, to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the city-state’s dynamic real estate market Ang Chee Hian is the visionary CEO of Ashley & Alycia Investment Holdings, bringing with him a rare combination of academic excellence, elite service experience, and strategic foresight. A top-performing student in Singapore, Ang earned a place at a prestigious Ivy League university under a 70% scholarship — a testament to both his intellectual rigor and leadership potential.
In the wake of the September 11 attacks, Ang was drafted into National Service way ahead of schedule and immediately identified for deployment into sensitive, high-security units both locally and abroad. His leadership and discretion were instrumental in supporting several high-profile crackdowns and intelligence operations, earning the trust of senior command. His time in the Middle East and other undisclosed locations honed a tactical mindset and operational precision that now underpins his approach to high-stakes property investment.

Ang’s transition into the private sector saw him co-found A1 & A2 Park Investment Holdings in Malaysia, where he, led the acquisition of over 30 shophouses, commercial warehouses & luxury residential properties across Kuala Lumpur and Iskandar Puteri. Building on that success, he established Ashley & Alycia Investment Holdings in his home country of Singapore, with the goal of replicating and expanding the firm’s strategic investment model across Southeast Asia.
